Trilith Development:
a multi-year partnership of growth and community

Mixed-use hub expands with more projects
The Trilith Development is a planned community that has evolved over a decade-long expansion, encompassing one of America’s largest film and television studios, plus retail and office spaces, restaurants, and residential units. Since 2012, Brent Scarbrough & Company has managed site development, with Foley Products supplying precast materials and reinforced concrete pipe for approximately 20 distinct projects within the development.

From the start, this has been a high-profile job for both companies. It was essential for Scarbrough to receive top-of-the-line precast components, and Foley Products has met and exceeded all expectations, reinforcing their commitment to provide the best precast products in the industry. The Scarbrough + Foley Products partnership continues in 2025 with two additional phases: Trilith Mixed Use Phase 2 and Trilith Media Park.

For the Trilith Residential 3 project, Foley Products supplied 1,605 tons of RCP, 1,230 tons of precast concrete structures, and 2,838 tons of StormPrism products.

US National Soccer Training Center:
preparing for the international stage

Delivering high-quality product under accelerated deadlines
Adjacent to the Trilith development, the US National Soccer Training Center will eventually be home to the national men’s, women’s and youth soccer teams, and play a critical role when Atlanta hosts the semi-finals of the 2026 World Cup.

Given those high-profile needs, it’s not surprising that once again, general contractor Brent Scarbrough & Company trusted Foley Products to meet the dual challenges of a quick start and short installation deadlines.

To meet these challenges, Foley Products took extraordinary measures to produce the needed product at multiple plants across our southeast footprint to meet these deadlines. Being willing to go above and beyond to produce positive results further strengthened our relationship with Scarbrough & Company.

Protecting a Colorado Community from an 100-Year Flood Zone

Four-phase construction plan to finally resolve longstanding issues
The City of Lakewood, CO and the Mile High Flood District are implementing comprehensive flood control measures along North Dry Gulch, a 1.5-mile drainageway. The project addresses longstanding flooding issues affecting more than 100 structures within the 100-year floodplain.

Foley Products is supplying the underground stormwater system components for all four construction phases. Foley’s precast concrete conduits will form a critical infrastructure network designed to manage runoff from the 1.3-square-mile drainage area, including 100-year storm events. These flooding and runoff issues predate the city’s 1969 incorporation. Their resolution will enable property improvements while protecting residents, businesses, and city streets.
