Concrete Pipe
Precast concrete pipe is the gold standard of drainage pipes. Reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) is its most resilient, sustainable, economical, and durable format.
Round
Manufactured in diameters from 15”–96” in Classes III, IV, V and Special Designs.
Full range of Joint choices to fit project requirements from “soil-tight” to “watertight” seals, designed to exceed applicable ASTM and AASHTO standards.
This style is used where fill height restrictions or existing utilities conflict.
Available in 14” x 23”(18”) through 76” x 48” (60”) equivalents. – ASTM C507.
Precast headwalls and end treatments are an efficient, cost effective method of controlling the inflow and outflow of stormwater in culvert crossings, sediment ponds and at pipeline entries to increase hydraulic flow into the system.
Precast End Treatments allows contractors to quickly complete pipe or box runs without extending time in environmentally sensitive areas, and prevents the costly requirement of returning to set up forms, tie steel and pour concrete in the field.
Numerous configurations are available to meet DOT and Municipality specifications.
Placing on outlet ends reduce ditch erosion and scour from the runoff velocity.
