Supervisor / Leadman - Wetcast

Responsibilities - Assist Department Manager in all aspects of daily production to include:
  • "Hands on" management of department workforce including discipline and training
  • Interpret production schedules and drawings, report daily production
  • Oversee daily safety, productivity, and quality within department
  • Ensure work areas and equipment are kept clean and well maintained
  • Help manage daily purchases of supplies and materials
  • Help perform and manage inventory of materials and finished goods
  • Verify E-time records and attendance

Shifts / Hours

  • Mon - Fri (Saturdays as needed)
  • 50+ hours / week

Desired Skills

  • One year of supervisory experience
  • Quick thinker / flexible / problem solver
  • Leads when required, but able to work with others to achieve common goals
  • Time management, must understand "urgency" of manufacturing
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Computer knowledge / skills
  • Industry experience a plus
  • English / Spanish is a plus
