General Labor - Wetcast

Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up forms / product for pours (per drawings)
  • Drive ready-mix truck to pour concrete in forms
  • Assists with pouring and finishing concrete
  • Assist in stripping product from the forms
  • Insert steps and other items as required by product
  • Stencil product after stripped from form
  • Clean product prior to moving to the yard
  • Cut wire and rebar and ties wire for forming reinforcement
  • Assists everyone with cleaning plant and equipment

Shift / Hours

  • Mon - Fri (Saturdays as needed)
  • 50+ hours / week

Desired Skills

  • Overhead crane operation experience
  • Work with co-workers and supervisors in meeting production goals
  • Basic math / reading / writing skills
  • Time management, must understand "urgency" of manufacturing
  • Some English / bilingual a plus
